Abraham, The Father of Faith
When we first meet Abraham, who was then called Abram, in Genesis chapter twelve, God calls him to leave everything familiar behind and step into the unknown.
“Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you.”
Genesis 12:1 NIV
There was no detailed plan. There was no map. There was only a call and a promise. And Abraham went. That one act of obedience changed history.
A Call Beyond Comfort
Abraham was not chosen because he was flawless. He was chosen because he believed. God gave him a promise that was both personal and prophetic.
