This fast may be observed using the standard window of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
If needed, you may choose an alternate fasting period of midnight to 12:00 PM,
12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or any continuous twelve hour window.
Use this time to seek God for wisdom, revelation, spiritual clarity, and deeper intimacy with Him.
Ask the Holy Spirit to flood the eyes of your heart with light so that you may know the hope of God’s calling,
the riches of His inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of His power toward you as a believer.
IN ADDITION
Fast from social media, noise, unnecessary entertainment, and distractions during your fasting window unless required for work.
Let this be a day of spiritual focus, quietness, prayer, and intentional time in the presence of God.

If you can, pause to pray at 12:00 PM local time.
If that is not possible, pause at the midpoint of your fasting window and pray in agreement with today’s focus:
wisdom, revelation, spiritual understanding, deeper knowledge of God, and the power of His Spirit at work within us.

I always pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may grant me a spirit of wisdom and of revelation that gives me a deep and personal and intimate insight into the true knowledge of Him, for we know the Father through the Son.
And I pray that the eyes of my heart, the very center and core of my being, may be enlightened, flooded with light by the Holy Spirit, so that I will know and cherish the hope, the divine guarantee, the confident expectation to which He has called me, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, God’s people, and so that I will begin to know what the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His active, spiritual power is in me who believe. These are in accordance with the working of His mighty strength.

PRAYERS
Opening prayer
Heavenly Father, I come before You in the name of Jesus with reverence, hunger, and expectation.
Thank You for being the God of glory, the God of wisdom, revelation, truth, and power.
Today I set aside this time to seek You with my whole heart.
I ask that You quiet every distraction, silence every competing voice, and draw me deeper into Your presence.
Father, give me a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You.
Open my understanding and let the eyes of my heart be enlightened by the Holy Spirit.
Flood my inner being with Your light and remove every trace of darkness, confusion, dullness, and spiritual blindness.
As I fast, let me encounter You in a fresh and personal way.
Reveal Your heart to me, strengthen my faith, and align me with Your will.

Let this fast be a turning point in my life.
May I leave this time with greater spiritual sensitivity, stronger faith, clearer vision, and deeper intimacy with You.
