CORPORATE FAST
Theme
Wisdom Begins With Relationship

Proverbs 2:1 through 6
Goal
The goal of this corporate fast is to draw closer to the Lord, deepen our relationship with Him, and receive wisdom as a result of seeking Him with our whole heart.
Fast window
Standard: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time. Alternate: midnight to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or any continuous twelve hour window.
Flow
Worship → Scripture → Prayer → Fast → Decree → Reflect → Close.
FAST WINDOW
This corporate fast may be observed using the standard window of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
If needed, you may choose an alternate fasting period of midnight to 12:00 PM,
12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or any continuous twelve hour window.
Use this time to seek the Lord for deeper intimacy, spiritual understanding, wisdom, discernment, and a greater desire for His presence.
Proverbs 2:1 through 6 teaches us that wisdom begins with receiving the Word of God, treasuring His commandments,
inclining our ears to wisdom, applying our hearts to understanding, crying out for knowledge, and seeking Him like hidden treasure.
IN ADDITION
Fast from social media, unnecessary entertainment, noise, and distractions during your fasting window unless required for work.
Make space for stillness, worship, prayer, Scripture meditation, and quiet time with the Lord.
Ask the Lord to increase your hunger for Him, deepen your relationship with Him, open your spiritual ears, purify your heart,
and release wisdom that comes from His mouth.
UNITY MOMENT
If you can, pause to pray at 12:00 PM local time.
If that is not possible, pause at the midpoint of your fasting window and pray in agreement with today’s focus:
Lord, draw me closer to You, deepen my relationship with You, and release wisdom, knowledge, and understanding from Your mouth.

Reflection
Where do I need to draw closer to the Lord?
What distractions have been pulling my heart away from His presence?
Am I seeking wisdom from God first, or am I leaning on my own understanding?
What does it mean for me to receive wisdom from the mouth of the Lord?
How can I pursue God like hidden treasure after this fast?
What distractions have been pulling my heart away from His presence?
Am I seeking wisdom from God first, or am I leaning on my own understanding?
What does it mean for me to receive wisdom from the mouth of the Lord?
How can I pursue God like hidden treasure after this fast?
PRAYERS
Opening prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I dedicate this corporate fast to You.
I come before You with humility, reverence, and a sincere desire to know You more deeply.
Lord, I do not want to seek wisdom apart from relationship with You.
I want to draw closer to Your heart, hear Your voice more clearly, and walk in the wisdom that comes from Your mouth.
According to Proverbs 2:1 through 6, help me receive Your words, treasure Your commandments, incline my ear to wisdom, and apply my heart to understanding.
Remove every distraction, every wrong desire, every false voice, and every form of spiritual dullness that keeps me from intimacy with You.
Open my heart to Your presence. Open my ears to Your instruction. Open my understanding to Your truth.
Today, I seek You like silver and search for You like hidden treasure.
Teach me the fear of the Lord and let me find the knowledge of God.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Main prayer
Father, thank You that wisdom comes from You.
Your Word says that out of Your mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
I ask You to draw me closer to You during this fast.
Let my heart hunger for Your presence more than answers, solutions, success, or approval.
Teach me to seek You first and trust that wisdom will follow as I walk with You.
Lord, deepen my relationship with You.
Restore my prayer life, strengthen my desire for Your Word, and help me become more sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Remove every distraction that competes for my attention.
Remove every fear, wound, habit, or mindset that keeps me from fully surrendering to You.
I cry out for knowledge and lift up my voice for understanding.
Give me wisdom for my life, my family, my calling, my business, my ministry, my relationships, and my future.
Help me discern what is from You and what is not.
Teach me to hear Your voice, obey Your instruction, and walk in reverence before You.
Let wisdom flow from intimacy with You, and let my life reflect the fruit of being close to You.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Closing prayer
Father, I thank You for carrying me through this corporate fast.
Thank You for meeting me in prayer, worship, Scripture, and stillness.
Thank You for drawing me closer to You and reminding me that true wisdom begins with relationship, reverence, and surrender.
Lord, seal every prayer I have prayed today.
Let wisdom rest upon me. Let knowledge and understanding come from Your mouth and guide my decisions.
Help me not to return to spiritual distraction, confusion, or dullness.
Keep my heart close to You and teach me to seek You daily.
I receive a deeper relationship with You by faith.
I receive wisdom, knowledge, and understanding by faith.

In Jesus’ name, amen.
