Father, I worship You as the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. You are near to those who are broken in heart, and You save those who are crushed in spirit.

I surrender every grief, loss, disappointment, memory, attachment, fear, relationship, longing, wound, and unanswered question to You.

Tammuz is not the lord of my emotions. Adonis is not the object of my affection. Grief is not my identity. Pain is not my master. Jesus Christ alone is Lord over my heart, mind, memories, relationships, and future.

According to Ezekiel 18, I do not accept ancestral guilt as my identity. According to Galatians 3, Christ redeemed me from the curse so that the blessing of Abraham may come through Jesus Christ.

Terminate every inherited pattern of grief, abandonment, rejection, emotional bondage, unhealthy attachment, counterfeit mourning, manipulation, and relational idolatry.
