FAST WINDOW
This corporate fast will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, and may be observed using the standard window of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
If needed, you may choose an alternate fasting period of midnight to 12:00 PM,
12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or any continuous twelve hour window.

IN ADDITION
Fast from social media, unnecessary entertainment, noise, and distractions during your fasting window unless required for work.
Make space for worship, Scripture meditation, prayer, journaling, and quiet reflection before the Lord.
Ask the Lord to remove every spirit of complaining, murmuring, discouragement, entitlement, and forgetfulness, and to renew a heart of thanksgiving within you.
UNITY MOMENT
If you can, pause to pray at 12:00 PM local time.
If that is not possible, pause at the midpoint of your fasting window and pray in agreement with today’s focus:

Reflection
What has the Lord done for me that I need to pause and thank Him for?
Where have I seen God’s mercy, protection, provision, or faithfulness in my life?
Have I allowed worry, disappointment, or busyness to silence my gratitude?
What benefits of the Lord do I need to remember today?
How can I make thanksgiving a daily posture, not just a response to answered prayer?
Who can I encourage today by sharing what the Lord has done?
Where have I seen God’s mercy, protection, provision, or faithfulness in my life?
Have I allowed worry, disappointment, or busyness to silence my gratitude?
What benefits of the Lord do I need to remember today?
How can I make thanksgiving a daily posture, not just a response to answered prayer?
Who can I encourage today by sharing what the Lord has done?
PRAYERS
Opening prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I dedicate this fast to You as a day of gratitude.
I come before You with thanksgiving, humility, and reverence. Thank You for all You have done in my life.
Thank You for waking me up, keeping me, covering me, providing for me, forgiving me, healing me, strengthening me, protecting me, guiding me, and loving me.
Lord, today I choose to remember Your goodness. I will not forget Your benefits.
I will not focus only on what I am waiting for. I will not allow worry, frustration, or disappointment to steal my praise.
I pause to say thank You.
Thank You for the doors You opened. Thank You for the doors You closed. Thank You for the battles You fought for me.
Thank You for the dangers You protected me from, both seen and unseen.
Thank You for the prayers You answered, and thank You for the times You gave me grace while I waited.
Let this fast become an altar of thanksgiving before You.
Search my heart and remove every spirit of complaining, murmuring, entitlement, discouragement, and forgetfulness.
Give me a grateful heart, a worshipful spirit, and a renewed awareness of Your goodness.
I bless Your holy name today. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Main prayer
Father, thank You for Your goodness and mercy toward me.
Thank You for being faithful when I was weak. Thank You for being present when I felt alone.
Thank You for making a way when I could not see a way.
Thank You for carrying me through seasons I did not know how to survive.
Thank You for keeping my mind, guarding my heart, and sustaining my life.
Lord, I thank You for forgiveness. Thank You for washing me, restoring me, and drawing me back to Yourself.
Thank You for the blood of Jesus that speaks a better word over my life.
Thank You that I am not rejected, forgotten, abandoned, or forsaken.
Thank You for provision. Thank You for food, shelter, resources, opportunities, income, support, and every blessing You have released into my life.
Thank You for meeting needs I spoke about and needs I never even knew how to explain.
Thank You for protection. Thank You for covering my home, my family, my body, my mind, my future, my purpose, and my destiny.
Thank You for blocking attacks, canceling plans of the enemy, exposing danger, and keeping me under Your hand.
Thank You for healing. Thank You for healing my heart, restoring my soul, renewing my strength, and giving me grace to keep moving forward.
Thank You for every area where You are still working, still restoring, and still making all things new.
Father, forgive me for the times I complained more than I gave thanks.
Forgive me for the times I focused on what was missing instead of honoring You for what You already provided.
Forgive me for forgetting how far You have brought me.
Today, I choose gratitude. I choose praise. I choose remembrance. I choose worship.
I choose to bless the Lord with all that is within me.
Lord, let thanksgiving rise from my heart today. Let my words honor You.
Let my thoughts agree with Your goodness. Let my spirit be refreshed as I remember Your faithfulness.
I thank You for what You have done. I thank You for what You are doing.
I thank You for what You are preparing. I thank You because You are good, and Your mercy endures forever.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Closing prayer
Father, thank You for meeting me during this fast.
Thank You for giving me a heart of gratitude and reminding me of Your goodness.
Thank You for every blessing, every answered prayer, every lesson, every act of protection, every moment of provision, every sign of mercy, and every expression of love.
Lord, seal this day of thanksgiving in my heart.
Do not let me return to complaining, fear, discouragement, or forgetfulness.
Teach me to live with a grateful spirit every day.
When I face challenges, remind me of Your faithfulness.
When I am waiting, remind me of Your goodness.
When I feel weary, remind me of Your sustaining grace.
When I feel uncertain, remind me that You have never failed me.
I bless Your holy name.
I thank You for all You have done, all You are doing, and all You will do according to Your will.
May my life become a testimony of gratitude, worship, and trust in You.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
