Fast window
Standard: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). Alternate: midnight to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or any continuous twelve hour window.

FAST WINDOW
This fast may be observed using the standard window of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
If needed, you may choose an alternate fasting period of midnight to 12:00 PM,
12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or any continuous twelve hour window.
Use this time to seek the Lord concerning every place where you have felt forgotten, overlooked, delayed, or dismissed,
and invite Him to strengthen your faith as you trust His timing, favor, and divine remembrance.
IN ADDITION
Fast from social media, unnecessary entertainment, noise, and distractions during your fasting window unless required for work.
Make space for stillness, worship, prayer, Scripture meditation, and prophetic declaration.
Ask the Lord to heal bitterness from betrayal, renew your hope, and align you with His purpose and timing.
UNITY MOMENT
If you can, pause to pray at 12:00 PM local time.
If that is not possible, pause at the midpoint of your fasting window and pray in agreement with today’s focus:
Lord, remember me, fulfill Your promises concerning me, and bring me into the place of favor, purpose, and divine elevation You have prepared for me.

Reflection
Where have I felt forgotten, delayed, or overlooked?
What pain from betrayal, rejection, or obscurity does God want to heal in me?
How can I remain faithful while God prepares me for the next season?
What pain from betrayal, rejection, or obscurity does God want to heal in me?
How can I remain faithful while God prepares me for the next season?
PRAYERS
Opening prayer
Heavenly Father, I come before You in the name of Jesus with humility, faith, and expectation.
Thank You that You are the God who remembers.
Thank You that no season of obscurity, betrayal, delay, or affliction is hidden from You.
As I begin this fast, quiet every distraction around me and within me.
Strengthen my heart to trust Your timing, Your wisdom, and Your purpose for my life.
Heal every place in me that has grown weary, discouraged, bitter, or uncertain.
Let this fast be a time of renewal, clarity, hope, and divine alignment.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Main prayer
Father, thank You that You remembered Joseph, and thank You that You remember me.
I bring before You every place where I have felt forgotten, overlooked, dismissed, or delayed.
I ask You to move in the areas of my life where I need divine intervention, restoration, favor, and breakthrough.
Turn what was meant for evil against me for my good and for Your glory.
Bring me out of every pit, every prison, and every place of limitation.
Heal me from betrayal so that I do not walk in bitterness, but in forgiveness and purpose.
Give me wisdom to interpret the season I am in and strategy for what lies ahead.
Cause my gifts to make room for me and bring me before the people and opportunities You have appointed.
Let the right people remember me at the right time.
Let my name come up again in rooms of favor, opportunity, and destiny.
Clothe me with favor, authority, and honor.
Make me fruitful in the land of my affliction.
Let my process produce power, and let my suffering not be wasted.
Establish me in leadership, influence, and kingdom impact according to Your will.
I declare that not one of Your promises concerning me will fall to the ground.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Closing prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for meeting me during this fast.
Thank You for hearing my prayers and for remembering every promise You have spoken over my life.
Seal in my heart all that You have revealed to me today.
Help me to walk forward in faith, patience, wisdom, and expectation.
Let me remain faithful in every hidden place until the appointed time of manifestation.
I receive Your peace, Your favor, and Your strength for the days ahead.
In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.
