Standard: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). Alternate: midnight to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or any continuous twelve hour window.

FAST WINDOW
This fast may be observed using the standard window of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
If needed, you may choose an alternate fasting period of midnight to 12:00 PM,
12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or any continuous twelve hour window.
Use this time to draw near to God and invite the Holy Spirit to teach you, remind you of the words of Jesus,
and deepen your spiritual understanding.
IN ADDITION
Fast from social media, unnecessary entertainment, noise, and distractions during your fasting window unless required for work.
Make space for stillness, worship, prayer, Scripture meditation, and listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
UNITY MOMENT
If you can, pause to pray at 12:00 PM local time.
If that is not possible, pause at the midpoint of your fasting window and pray in agreement with today’s focus:
Holy Spirit, teach me all things, remind me of the words of Jesus, and lead me in truth.

I declare that the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father sends in the name of Jesus, teaches me all things.
I declare that the Holy Spirit reminds me of everything Jesus has said.
I declare that I am not without help, wisdom, or direction because the Holy Spirit is with me.
I declare that my mind is clear, my heart is receptive, and my spirit is sensitive to the voice of God.
I declare that I am being taught, led, and established in truth by the Holy Spirit.

PRAYERS
Opening prayer
Heavenly Father, I come before You in the name of Jesus with humility, hunger, and expectation.
Thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit, my Advocate, Helper, Teacher, and Guide.
As I begin this fast, quiet every distraction around me and within me.
Make my heart tender, my mind clear, and my spirit attentive to Your voice.
Holy Spirit, teach me all things and remind me of the words of Jesus.
Help me hear what You are saying, understand what You are revealing, and walk in obedience to the truth You place before me.
Let this fast be a time of deeper learning, stronger discernment, and closer fellowship with You.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Main prayer
Father, thank You for Your Word in John 14:26.
Thank You that I am not left alone, but that You have given me the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, to teach me all things and to remind me of everything Jesus has said.
Holy Spirit, I welcome You afresh in this time of fasting and prayer.
Teach me what I need to know in this season.
Bring understanding where there has been confusion.
Bring remembrance where I have forgotten the truth of God’s Word.
Bring wisdom where I have lacked direction.
Bring conviction where I have drifted.
Bring peace where I have carried anxiety.
Remind me of the words of Jesus when I am weak, uncertain, overwhelmed, or tempted.
Strengthen me to walk in truth and obedience.
Sharpen my spiritual ears so I may hear You clearly.
Open my understanding so I may receive what You are teaching me.
Let Your truth be rooted deeply in me, and let my life reflect what You are revealing.
Remove every distraction, every spiritual dullness, and every barrier that keeps me from hearing and responding to You.
Let this fast increase my discernment, deepen my knowledge of Christ, and strengthen my confidence in Your leading.
I declare that I will be taught by the Holy Spirit, guided in truth, and anchored in the words of Jesus.

Heavenly Father, thank You for meeting me during this fast.
Thank You for the ministry of the Holy Spirit in my life.
Thank You for teaching me, guiding me, and reminding me of the words of Jesus.
Seal in my heart everything You have spoken to me today.
Help me to continue in sensitivity, obedience, and faith.
Let the truth You have revealed remain alive in me.
May I walk forward with greater peace, deeper understanding, and stronger spiritual discernment.
