what He is healing, and the truth He is speaking over you. Write your insights, breakthroughs, and next steps so you can steward your healing.
FAST WINDOW
Standard: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). Alternate: midnight to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM,
or any continuous twelve hour window.
IN ADDITION
Fast from social media during your fasting window unless required for work. If required for work, reduce it to essentials only.
UNITY MOMENT
If you can, pause to pray at 12:00 PM local time.
If you cannot, pause at the midpoint of your fasting window and pray in agreement with today’s focus.
SCRIPTURE
Isaiah 53:4 to 5 (NLT)
He carried our weaknesses and sorrows. He was pierced and crushed so we could be made whole and healed.
Psalm 147:3 (NIV)
He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
Journal reflection
Have I allowed Jesus to carry the emotional pain I have tried to suppress?

PRAYERS
Opening prayer
Father, I quiet my heart before You. I welcome Your presence and I surrender this day to You.
As I fast, help me be honest and open. Lead me by Your Spirit. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Main prayer
Jesus, I bring You the sorrow I have carried for years. I confess that some pain has felt too heavy to hold,
and I have tried to survive by pushing it down. Today I give it to You.
Carry what I cannot carry. Heal what I cannot heal. Free me from false guilt and false responsibility.
Let Your wholeness touch the places that still ache. Replace heaviness with peace and restore hope to my heart.
I receive Your love and Your healing. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Closing prayer
Father, thank You for meeting me today. Help me keep releasing what You exposed.
Teach me to rest in Your care and trust Your process. Seal this work with Your peace.
