Day 5: Breaking Every Covenant With Mammon, Golden Calf Worship, Greed, Materialism, and Self Reliance

Jehovah Jireh, I worship You as my Provider, my Source, my Shepherd, and the One who gives power to obtain wealth. Psalm 24 declares that the earth is Yours and everything in it. Psalm 23 declares that because You are my Shepherd, I shall not lack.

According to Matthew 6, I will not be consumed by anxiety over food, clothing, housing, money, or tomorrow. I seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting You to provide what I truly need.

I surrender my income, employment, business, savings, property, investments, possessions, goals, debts, opportunities, talents, ideas, and future to You.

Mammon is not my master. The Golden Calf is not my provider. Money is not my identity. Possessions are not my security. Jesus Christ alone is Lord over my life and household. Establish biblical stewardship, generosity, contentment, integrity, wisdom, and trust in You speedily according to Your perfect will. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Forgive every family pattern of hoarding, debt bondage, poverty fear, waste, financial abuse, controlling others with money, favoring wealthy people, despising poor people, or sacrificing family relationships for material advancement.

According to Galatians 3, Christ redeemed me from the curse so that the blessing of Abraham may come through Jesus Christ.

Terminate every inherited pattern of greed, financial bondage, dishonest gain, exploitation, scarcity fear, idolatrous wealth, and destructive inheritance conflict. I renounce every vow, oath, pledge, dedication, initiation, sacrifice, occult practice, family agreement, business agreement, political bargain, or relationship built upon greed, dishonest gain, exploitation, or wealth worship.

I renounce pride in riches and the belief that wealth makes one person more valuable than another. According to First Timothy 6, I place my hope in God, who richly provides what is needed for enjoyment and good works.

According to Psalm 106, the people exchanged their Glory for the image of an animal and forgot the God who saved them. Forgive every time I forgot that You delivered, sustained, protected, promoted, healed, and provided.

Every good and perfect gift comes from You. Therefore, I thank You for every lawful income, client, contract, job, business opportunity, resource, helper, property, idea, and provision.
